Welcome!

The physicians of the Arthritis Clinic accept all insurances except Medicare Advantage, United Healthcare and TennCare plans. We currrently are offering Telehealth visits to established patients by request. 

Please be prepared to present your current insurance cards upon each visit.

When visiting our office we ask that you bring all your medicines (prescriptions and over the counter)  with you on each visit. If you are a new patient with our clinic we also ask that you bring your drivers license, copy of your last office visit, labs and x-rays from you referring provider if he/she hasn't already faxed them to our office.

You can use this website to view upcoming appointments, view your clinical summary and lab results. In the future, you will be able to make payments online through this portal. If you have an emergency please call your primary care provider or go to the closest emergency room.

Also, just as a reminder, there will be a $50 no show/cancellation charge if you are not able to keep your appoinment and do not give us at least a 24 hr notice.
